About Rural Carrier Benefit Plan

The National Rural Letter Carriers' Association is a 109-year-old labor union representing 104,718 American rural letter carriers. The NRLCA was founded to improve the methods used by rural letter carriers, to benefit their conditions of labor with the United States Postal Service, and to promote a fraternal spirit among its members.
